Responsible:
Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the constitutional laws and regulations (including all business licensing and intellectual property rights issues), the articles of association and other company regulations to reduce legal risks that arise and can mitigate risks that may arise.
Duty :
- Make and review Draft Agreements / Routine and / or New Contracts
- Coordinate with Government Agencies and other authorities related to all licensing issues (ISP, Jartup, NAP, SIUP, TDP, Domicile etc.) and Intellectual Property Rights
- Handling legal issues related to the Company through the preparation of legal opinions / studies, preparation of task plans and legal considerations to related parties
- Education min S1 Law
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the same position, preferably from the Telecommunications industry
- Having knowledge related to corporate law, especially telecommunications regulations and regulations that are national and regional in nature
- Able to do legal drafting and legal analysis
- Ability to speak English both oral and written
